Terms and Conditions Customers Home of Beauty
1. General
These conditions apply to every offer, treatment and transaction between Home of Beauty and a customer to which Home of Beauty has declared these terms and conditions applicable, insofar as the parties have not deviated from these conditions expressly and in writing.
2. Services
Home of Beauty will carry out the treatments to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship.
3. Appointments
Treatment takes place exclusively by appointment. Appointments can be made by telephone or via Whatsapp. If an appointment is prevented, the customer must inform Home of Beauty as soon as possible, at the latest 24 hours prior to the appointment. The cancellation can be done by telephone, via Whatsapp or by e-mail. If the customer fails to comply with this obligation or does not comply with it on time, Home of Beauty may charge 100% of the reserved time to the customer.
If the appointment is prevented by Home or Beauty, this cancellation must be communicated to the customer as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours in advance.
In the event of impediment due to force majeure, both parties do not have to abide by the aforementioned obligations. Force majeure includes what the law and jurisprudence says about it.
4. Payment
The customer must pay the payment of treatment and any products immediately after the end of the treatment. Payment can be made in cash or by direct bank payment.
6. Personal data and privacy
During the first consultation, the client provides all information that is relevant to good practice at Home or Beauty. The personal details are recorded by Home of Beauty in a (digital) system and are treated according to the guidelines in the Personal Data Protection Act.
7. Confidentiality
Home of Beauty is obliged to keep confidential all confidential information that the customer tells during a treatment. The confidentiality lapses if, on the basis of a statutory provision or court order, Home of Beauty is obliged to provide the confidential information to third parties.
8. Liability
Home of Beauty can not be held liable for damage, of whatever nature, that arises because customer has provided inaccurate or incomplete information about relevant physical disorders, use of medication, activities or leisure activities. Home of Beauty is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings that have been taken by the customer to the salon.
9. Damage and theft
The customer is liable for any damage to the furniture, instruments and / or materials of Home of Beauty. Theft is always reported to the police by Home of Beauty.
10. Warranty
Home of Beauty gives one week (seven days) guarantee on the treatment. This guarantee lapses if the client has not followed the advice / the customer has not followed the reference to another discipline / the customer has not used the products in accordance with the instructions or instructions.
11. Complaints
If a customer has a complaint about the treatment, this must be reported in writing to Home of Beauty as soon as possible but no later than seven days. Home of Beauty must give the customer an adequate answer within 5 working days after receiving the written complaint. If the complaint is well-founded, Home of Beauty will re-perform the treatment as agreed.
12. Behavior
The customer must behave in the salon according to the generally accepted standards. If a customer continues to display inappropriate behavior after warning, Home of Beauty has the right to deny the client access to the salon without stating reasons. In pedicure treatments, the feet should be washed and clean when entering the salon. Home of Beauty has the right to refuse treatment if a seriously polluted foot is detected.
13. Right
Dutch law applies to every agreement between Home of Beauty and customer. In case of explanation of the content and scope of these general terms and conditions, the Dutch text is always decisive. Applicable is always the last deposited version or the version that applied at the time of the conclusion of the agreement.
